Hailing from the UK, John Green emerged onto the design scene in 1987, honing his craft while studying Product Design at York St John University. It was during this time that his innovative spirit gave birth to "Embrace" – a striking bent plywood coffee table that would become the cornerstone of his career.

Embrace swiftly garnered acclaim, clinching the prestigious 2007 CSD Award and earning nominations for several other coveted prizes. The coffee table's success was further cemented with a Grand Designs award and John's own recognition as a runner-up in the Homes & Garden Classic Design Awards - Young Designer category.

Spurred by these achievements, John boldly founded his eponymous studio, where he juggles the demands of his personal label alongside captivating freelance projects for esteemed international brands.
